When you hear a deal that sounds too good to be true, usually it is.
But this isn’t one of those cases, well, sort of.
The City of Chicago is putting up over 4,000 empty lots on the South and West Sides up for sale for just a buck each.
But here’s the catch…
The Sun-Times says that you have to live on the same block as the lot you buy, you can’t sell it for a whole bunch of years, don’t even think about building a business on it, you’d better keep it clean and probably the worst of all, you’ve got to pay all the real estate taxes that go along with it!
After hearing all that, you still think it’s a deal too good to pass up?
